The aim of these relaxation classes is to support people to reduce feelings of anxiety and stress by giving them an hour to sit and clear their mind. The classes are run by a health and wellbeing practitioner who guides the class through a relaxation and meditation session that improves wellbeing. The techniques learned in the class can also be used throughout day to day living to help people deal with situations which they find stressful.
Our relaxation class helps with those suffering form anxiety related to conditions such as dementia or Parkinson’s disease and can be a good way to help manage these conditions.
